The team’s unique presence on the grid will be based in Fishers, Indianapolis, with a sprawling facility unlike the other teams. With the team expanding rapidly, they aim to have around 600 staff working on designing and building the first Cadillac grand prix cars. Despite the challenges ahead, the team is making significant progress in laying the foundations for their debut season in F1. Cadillac’s main focus will shift to Fishers as it becomes the long-term hub for their F1 operation, recruiting American staff to build cars in Indianapolis.
