Despite being contracted until the end of 2025, Albon has been linked to potential moves to Mercedes or a return to partner Max Verstappen at Red Bull for the next season. Previous rumors had also suggested a future with Ferrari, although Lewis Hamilton’s signing by the Italian team prior to this F1 season ended those links. The shift in the driver market this year marked the first time since 2023-2024 without changes in the grid, sparking further speculation. Albon, content with the recent decrease in talk about his future, expressed his wish to leave the matter to his management, emphasizing the need to focus on his duties at Williams.
