Dan Ticktum secured pole position for the opening race of Formula E’s Monaco E-Prix double-header by going quicker than Nyck de Vries in the final duel. The Cupra Kiro driver posted a 1m 26.551 lap time, which was 0.131s faster than de Vries, in a pole battle between two drivers desperate for points. DS Penske’s Maximilian Günther grabbed third on the grid, lining up alongside Mitch Evans, who claimed victory in the previous race in Berlin. Evans, currently three points behind championship leader Pascal Wehrlein, has Wehrlein starting directly behind him on the grid at the Circuit de Monaco. Check out the full results below!
