Unconventional Approach: Bearman’s Bold Tactics to Revive His Monaco Grand Prix Dream

Haas racer Oliver Bearman received a 10-place grid penalty for overtaking Carlos Sainz under red flag conditions at the Monaco GP.

This penalty is the second “harsh” decision Bearman faced in a week, following a similar incident in Imola where his qualifying lap was deleted.

Bearman expressed his frustration at the FIA’s decisions, calling them unfair and harsh, especially given the circumstances of the incidents.

The rookie driver found himself in trouble with the stewards again in Monaco, but this time the penalty may provide a strategic advantage during the race.

Despite feeling hard done by, Bearman acknowledged the situation and hinted at using the penalty to explore alternative race strategies on Sunday in Monaco.
