The Swiss driver, Simona de Silvestro, will be returning to Supercars at the Great Race this year. She will partner with rookie Kai Allen in a Dick Johnson Racing-run wildcard entry. However, her plans to begin testing in Australia this week were changed after she had emergency surgery to remove her appendix.
