Alpine and Sauber have reached an agreement to loan out reserve driver Paul Aron to Sauber, allowing the Estonian to participate in FP1 sessions for the team in Silverstone and Budapest. Sauber lacked designated reserve drivers for this season, requiring a rookie driver for two FP1 sessions, leading to the deal with Alpine’s former F2 frontrunner, Aron.
