Max Verstappen was far from happy with the decision-making at Red Bull at the Canadian Grand Prix last weekend.
Former F1 driver Ralf Schumacher believes Max Verstappen has the chance to prove the effectiveness of his preferred set-up direction for Red Bull. Verstappen expressed frustration during the Canadian Grand Prix weekend about the team not following his suggestions, despite finishing on the podium. Schumacher mentioned that Verstappen’s public disagreement with the team’s decisions could lead to tensions. He emphasized the importance of keeping such matters internal. Schumacher sees this as an opportunity for Verstappen to demonstrate that his approach can bring the car back to the front of the grid. Verstappen’s task now is to show that his proposals work for extracting pace from the RB22.
