Lewis Hamilton is being kept busy on what was supposed to be Bahrain race week!

Lewis Hamilton has taken charge of the second day of Ferrari track action at the Fiorano circuit during a Pirelli tyre test. The seven-time world champion completed 142 laps, covering a distance of 423 kilometres, while testing full-wet and intermediate tyre configurations. The surface was kept artificially wet throughout the day at Fiorano, with Hamilton setting a fastest lap time of 1:01.031. Wet-weather testing remains the focus on Friday, with the 41-year-old driver continuing behind the wheel. Hamilton’s involvement at the Ferrari test track has replaced his original plans for the Bahrain Grand Prix race week, showcasing his commitment to development and preparation in Formula 1.
