Team Penske and Wood Brothers Racing have made a crew chief swap for Austin Cindric and Harrison Burton. Brian Wilson will now work with Cindric and the No. 2 Ford team at Team Penske, while Jeremy Bullins returns to Wood Brothers Racing to work with Burton and the No. 21 Ford team. This change will be effective immediately and will last until the end of the 2023 and 2024 seasons. Cindric and Wilson have previously worked together in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, winning 13 races and the 2020 championship. Bullins and Cindric had success last season, winning the Daytona 500, but both drivers have struggled this year, with Cindric currently 22nd in the standings and Burton in 30th. Bullins has a history with Wood Brothers Racing, guiding Ryan Blaney to his first career Cup Series victory in 2017.
