During the NASCAR Cup race at Chicago, Tyler Reddick and the 23XI Racing team decided to pit from third place for fresh tires and extra fuel after a late caution.
Restarting in 18th with 12 laps left, Reddick skillfully maneuvered through spinning cars and quickly advanced to 14th before the final caution.
With nine laps remaining, Reddick showcased precision driving skills as he raced up to third place.
Despite missing out on a second-place finish, Reddick expressed pride in his team’s performance and the speed of the Jumpman Toyota Camry.
Although hindered by late-race wrecks, Reddick’s strong position in the regular season standings is overshadowed by his lack of race wins, putting him at risk of missing the playoffs.
