Oscar Piastri led McLaren to a clean sweep of Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix practice by topping FP3 at Barcelona. The session started slow, with little action due to the midday heat. Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc and Mercedes’ George Russell initially showed strong pace, but Max Verstappen then set the fastest time with a strong final sector. McLaren’s Lando Norris faced porpoising issues but managed to secure second place, with Piastri comfortably taking the top spot. The session saw solid performances from Leclerc, Russell, and Verstappen, while Isack Hadjar impressed with a sixth-place finish. Despite some struggles, Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso finished in the top 10 as McLaren continued their dominant form.
