Corey LaJoie Makes Racing Waves with Spire Motorsports NASCAR Truck Deal

Fans have seen Corey LaJoie as an analyst for Prime Video’s NASCAR Cup coverage, but now he’s gearing up to get back on the track. LaJoie will drive for Spire Motorsports in nine NASCAR Truck Series races, starting at Michigan this weekend. Although LaJoie has vast experience in the Cup Series, he has only raced in the Truck Series five times, with his best result dating back to 2014 at Bristol. In these upcoming Truck races, he will be driving the No. 07 Chevrolet, aiming to contribute to Spire Motorsports’ push for the 2025 owner’s championship. Team co-owner Jeff Dickerson expressed excitement about bringing LaJoie into the title fight, citing his contribution to the team’s growth over the years and his potential to enhance their chances of winning the championship. LaJoie also shared his eagerness to return to the track, work with familiar faces at Spire, and pursue victories in the NASCAR Truck Series.
