Carson Kvapil to make NASCAR Truck debut at Bristol
Carson Kvapil, a young driver who has achieved success in the CARS Pro Late Model and CARS Late Model Stock Car tours, will make his national NASCAR debut driving the No. 7 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet Silverado at Bristol. He currently leads the championship standings in the CARS Late Model Stock Car Tour and is part of Chevrolet’s driver development program. Kvapil is excited to work with the team and has been preparing for the race with simulator practice. His father, Travis Kvapil, was a well-known NASCAR driver and 2003 Truck Series champion. Spire Motorsports has had success with their truck program, including a win with Kyle Larson. Kevin “Bono” Manion, crew chief for Spire Motorsports, is looking forward to seeing what Carson can do in their truck.
