Max Verstappen has been called out for his hypocritical and “embarrassing” criticism of F1’s Las Vegas Grand Prix.
The triple world champion, Max Verstappen, was highly critical of the newest and flashiest F1 race in Vegas, calling it primarily a show rather than a sporting event. However, after securing his 18th victory of the season, he sang praises for the race. Former Renault F1 driver Jolyon Palmer found Verstappen’s negativity embarrassing, stating that the event was a tremendous success. Lewis Hamilton also took a subtle jab at Verstappen, claiming that the action-packed Vegas race proved the critics wrong. He praised the track for its overtaking opportunities and said it was even better than Baku.
