The podium trio at the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix were transported in a ‘cooldown car’ which replaced the cooldown room.
The drivers did not have their usual post-race private room in Las Vegas. Instead, Verstappen, Leclerc, and Perez were taken to the Bellagio Hotel on the Vegas Strip in a car. Verstappen explained his early contact with Russell, saying he passed him but Russell drove into him. When the Safety Car came out, Verstappen didn’t want to change the whole front wing as it would’ve cost him a lot of time. Leclerc mentioned that they both stopped at the Safety Car, to which Verstappen confirmed. Perez mentioned that he locked his front wing at the start and there was no DRS. Later, Leclerc asked where they were going, and Verstappen replied that they were going straight to the nightclub and skipping everything else.
