Marc Marquez claimed pole position at the Motorland circuit on Saturday for the MotoGP Aragon Grand Prix, showcasing his dominance. His younger brother Alex secured second place after Marc made a mistake on his second lap. Franco Morbidelli completed the top three with a quick lap towards the end of the session.
Marc led the early stages, being the only rider to break the 1m46s barrier. Despite Alex’s challenge, Marc’s late flyer ensured his pole position. Francesco Bagnaia overcame braking issues to take fourth on the grid.
KTM impressed with Pedro Acosta and Brad Binder securing fifth and sixth place, respectively. Fabio Quartararo made a remarkable recovery to clinch ninth after battling electronic issues. Jack Miller and Marco Bezzecchi faced setbacks, with Bezzecchi crashing on his first timed lap.
