Maximilian Gotz and Kevin Tse revitalized their pursuit of the 2025 British GT3 title by securing a victory and a second-place finish at Oulton Park on Bank Holiday Monday, trailing behind Hugo Cook and Rob Collard.
The 2 Seas Mercedes duo narrowed the gap to championship leaders Kiern Jewiss and Charles Dawson from 51 points to just 10 after round three.
Despite qualifying third for the opening race, Tse was disappointed with his performance, as he believed he could have been more aggressive at Cascades to secure pole position.
Tight margins were evident throughout the race, with Collard successfully defending his position from Petrobelli at the start, while incidents and penalties shuffled the order behind the leaders.
The battle for positions intensified as the race progressed, ultimately leading to Cook securing his first series victory ahead of Gotz and Adam in second and third place, respectively.
Gotz’s runner-up finish in the first race positioned him on pole for the second race, where he faced a tough challenge against Mitchell, who was considered a strong contender for the win due to a success penalty imposed on Gotz.
