Racing Rivalries Ignite and Records Fall at the MotoGP British Grand Prix Qualifying

“Fabio Quartararo secured his third consecutive pole position in MotoGP by setting a new track record at Silverstone during the British Grand Prix.

Despite Marc Marquez’s leading performance in the mid-session, Quartararo’s last-minute triumph placed him ahead on the grid, followed by Alex Marquez and Francesco Bagnaia.

Marquez, typically a front-runner, settled for fourth place after failing to improve his time in the final run, marking his first absence from the front row in 2025.

The second row will feature Fermin Aldeguer, Jack Miller, and Quartararo’s teammate, Fabio di Giannantonio.

In addition, the Q1 session saw Luca Marini and Franco Morbidelli advance, while KTM endured a disappointing outcome with Maverick Vinales and Pedro Acosta facing setbacks.”
