Ford and Chevrolet each secured a victory in the first two races of the Wanneroo Raceway Supercars round near Perth, Western Australia. Ryan Wood claimed his first Supercars win in a Ford Mustang, followed by Broc Feeney’s win in a Chevrolet Camaro. Despite challenges from other drivers, Wood maintained his lead in the opening race, with Feeney and Will Brown rounding up the top three. In the second race, Feeney capitalized on a pitstop strategy to secure his win after Wood encountered suspension issues. The Supercars returned to the track on Sunday with a qualifying session and a main race over 83 laps. Feeney’s victory extended his points lead in the championship standings.
