Sainz feels a strong personal connection to Williams and is motivated by the long-term vision of the team, contrasting his last year at Ferrari where he knew he would be leaving. He took his time to carefully evaluate his options before signing a multi-year deal with Williams, and is fully focused on the team’s success moving forward.
