Max Verstappen pushed his Red Bull to the limit and snagged a front-row start at the Monaco Grand Prix. Anticipating a tough battle at the first corner due to tricky F1 starts this season, the 28-year-old is prepared for a challenge. Though narrowly missing out on pole to Kimi Antonelli, he expressed contentment, noting he’d have gladly accepted second after facing difficulties in FP1. Verstappen’s confidence was evident as he reflected on a positive qualifying showing amid car troubles earlier. While eyeing a successful start to secure a maiden victory this season, he’s alert to the Ferrari threat behind him, led by Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc. Despite tough competition, Verstappen remains optimistic and satisfied with his qualifying performance.
