Chase Briscoe, from Joe Gibbs Racing, claimed six pole positions in 2025, yet he has not been able to turn any of them into victories. At the Iowa Speedway, he finished second to William Byron of Hendrick Motorsports in a closely contested race.
Despite closing in on Byron towards the end, Briscoe faced challenges with fuel and traffic, causing him to lose momentum and miss out on the win. Briscoe expressed disappointment but acknowledged the strong performance of his Bass Pro Shops Toyota team.
Briscoe’s recent success includes one win at Pocono and multiple top-two finishes, showcasing the team’s consistency and speed. Reflecting on missed opportunities, Briscoe remains optimistic about his chances in upcoming races and aims to secure a victory soon.
