A bizarre lap in the Miami Grand Prix has led to three retirements and a safety car.
Isack Hadjar and Pierre Gasly both crashed out independently on the sixth lap of the Miami Grand Prix in Florida. Hadjar collided with the wall after clipping the chicane, breaking his Red Bull’s steering column. Gasly was flipped while battling with Liam Lawson but managed to climb out of his Alpine. The safety car came out, and both Racing Bulls were retired. The stewards are investigating the incident, with a potential penalty for Lawson in the Canadian Grand Prix. Nico Hulkenberg also retired due to damage to his Audi, pit-stopping for a new front wing after the first lap.
