There were a number of exchanges over the radio during a heated Canadian Sprint. RacingNews365 looks back.
During a high-energy Canadian Sprint, Kimi Antonelli expressed his frustration over team radio, prompting Mercedes boss Toto Wolff to step in twice to calm him down.
Wolff only intervenes when necessary, as was the case at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve during this incident with Antonelli and teammate George Russell.
Antonelli felt Russell had pushed him off the track on lap six, leading to a heated exchange over the airwaves.
Following the race, RacingNews365 reviewed the tense exchanges between Antonelli, his engineer, and Wolff.
The team tried to refocus Antonelli on driving and suggested addressing the issue internally, rather than over the radio.
