Verstappen originally expressed reluctance to work with a different engineer but now understands the importance of Lambiase’s career growth.
Verstappen emphasized that it was a mutual decision and that they both look forward to new opportunities and collaborations.
He clarified that Lambiase’s departure did not influence his decision to remain with Red Bull in the long term.
