After the sole practice session at the Miami International Autodrome, it’s time to qualify for the sprint race. Ferrari had a successful 90-minute outing with Charles Leclerc topping the times, three-tenths ahead of Max Verstappen. Ferrari aims to maintain this strong pace in sprint qualifying and fend off Mercedes, who faced challenges in the session. George Russell had a scrappy lap putting him in sixth, while Kimi Antonelli couldn’t do a final push lap due to a power unit issue.
