Lewis Hamilton and Franco Colapinto undertook wet-weather testing and filming days, respectively. Despite speculation, Lawson denied the possibility of racing in Australian Supercars, mentioning it as a cool idea but clarifying that there was no truth to the rumors. He expressed interest in potentially participating in the future when he could dedicate more time to prepare for such an opportunity.
