Ye and Shwartzman to race AF Corse’s Ferrari Hypercar in WEC 2024
AF confirmed on Friday that Alessio Rovera and Jüri Vips will join Robert Kubica in the car they will field alongside the two full-factory 499Ps in the WEC. Ye Yifei joined Ferrari in December and will race the extra AF entry in the Hypercar class. Last year’s GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup racer, Robert Shwartzman, will also join the team in the prototype ranks. The team is confident and ambitious about their 2024 WEC campaign and has their sights set on winning the world title. Ye described the opportunity to race for AF as a privilege and is excited to start his role as an official Ferrari driver.
