The team showed promise with Lance Stroll qualifying eighth and Fernando Alonso achieving his best performance since 2024. Although strategic setbacks affected their chances at Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix, Cowell mentioned positives to take from the race.
Alonso also expressed confidence in the team’s new upgrades, noting a significant improvement in the car’s performance, contrasting last year’s struggles with backward progress.
