Aprilia rider Marco Bezzecchi may benefit from new parts tested by development rider Lorenzo Savadori for Sunday’s MotoGP Dutch Grand Prix.
Bezzecchi, recent winner of the British Grand Prix, had a good Saturday with a fifth-place start and a third-place finish.
Savadori, known for lower grid positions, qualified 15th but got penalized to 17th due to a tyre pressure issue after finishing the sprint in 16th.
The parts from the Noale factory greatly improved Savadori’s performance, prompting him to suggest using them for Bezzecchi in Sunday’s race.
Bezzecchi had his best qualifying and sprint performance of the season, showing progress and increased potential for a stronger showing in the race.
