Despite the low grip track surface at Motorland benefiting KTM, Acosta managed to secure a strong fourth-place finish in the main race, narrowly missing out on the podium. Acosta opted for a hard front tyre compound, a decision he deemed correct to avoid locking problems encountered during practice.
On the other hand, Acosta’s teammate, Brad Binder, faced a less fortunate outcome, crashing out while in a promising position for a podium challenge. Binder expressed satisfaction with the bike’s performance despite the setback, emphasizing the need to build on the positives from the weekend.
