Despite Fabio Quartararo’s mechanical issues while in the lead, Bezzecchi’s strategic soft-tyre decision paid off as he finished four seconds ahead of Johann Zarco and Marc Marquez. This win was especially significant for Aprilia, which had not won a grand prix in over a year and was facing uncertainties regarding Jorge Martin. Unfortunately, Quartararo, who was also on a similar tire strategy as Bezzecchi, faced technical difficulties while comfortably leading on lap 12.
