Magnifique: French Grand Prix Shatters Attendance Records at MotoGP 2025

The 2025 French Grand Prix broke the all-time record for the most spectators at a MotoGP round, with 311,797 fans attending across the Le Mans weekend. Significant numbers were seen on each day, with 94,757 fans on Thursday and Friday, 96,637 on Saturday witnessing Fabio Quartararo claim pole, and 120,403 on Sunday as Johann Zarco secured a historic victory. Zarco’s win ended a drought for French riders at Le Mans, not seen since Georges Jolly triumphed in 1920, and marked the first home win since Jacques Collot in 1958. The event has consistently drawn large crowds, with the Bugatti circuit seeing 297,471 fans in 2024, and this year, a new record of 311,797 fans, making it a popular fixture on the MotoGP calendar. Notably, this year has seen high attendance across multiple races, with three events surpassing 200,000 spectators in 2024, and four out of six rounds achieving this milestone so far.
