Austin Hill stretches fuel, steals Atlanta Xfinity win
Austin Hill claimed his eighth career win by just 0.106 seconds after teammate Jesse Love ran out of fuel at the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Daytona. Love had dominated the race, leading 157 laps before his unfortunate incident. Hill was able to capitalize on Love’s misfortune and secure the victory after a thrilling overtime finish. Despite the chaos caused by cars running out of fuel in the final stage, Hill managed to emerge victorious in the No. 21 Chevrolet. Hill expressed gratitude for his team and acknowledged Love’s strong performance as a rookie, giving credit to his teammate for his impressive run.
