Alpine Junior Driver Abbi Pulling earned a double victory in Round 2 with her Race 2 win at the Miami
The British driver established a five-second lead at the end of the race and is now 34 points ahead in the Drivers’ Championship, surpassing Mercedes Junior Driver Doriane Pin. Bianca Bustamante secured her first podium of 2024 after fending off the Iron Dame throughout the race, while Pulling dominated the Miami weekend with a double victory. A yellow flag appeared on the opening lap in Sector 2 due to contact between Hausmann and Lola Lovinfosse, causing both to retire from the Miami races. Nobels overtook Weug on the long straight after Turn 16 and defended her position through Turns 17 and 18. Bustamante stayed close to the race leader for the first four laps but lost ground going into Lap 5, falling out of the DRS zone. Emely De Heus overtook Courtney Crone at Turn 15, gradually moving up the field as the front drivers started to pull away by Lap 6.
