More than Equal and AVL RACETECH have recently announced a partnership to provide exclusive simulator training for six young female drivers in the motorsport industry. The drivers will have access to AVL’s top-notch driving simulators in Graz, Austria, under the guidance of AVL RACETECH engineers. This program aims to hone the drivers’ skills and enhance their understanding of racing mechanics and data analysis through hands-on engineering insights and personalized training. AVL SIM Camps will be organized to further educate the female drivers on a wide range of disciplines and potentially scout the future Formula 1 female champion.
