It now looks as through two Ducati riders will be switching to Honda in MotoGP next season.
Johann Zarco confirmed his move from Pramac to LCR in August, and Luca Marini is strongly rumored to take over Marc Marquez’s open seat at Repsol Honda. Zarco expressed his respect for Marini, praising his technical abilities and dedication to his work. Zarco believes that Marini, despite having fewer years of experience on the Ducati, may even know the bike better than him, and that his meticulous working method could be beneficial for Honda. Zarco also acknowledged that while other riders may have more natural talent, Marini’s hard work and attention to detail have allowed him to consistently perform at a high level. Once Marini’s move to Honda is confirmed, both he and Zarco will be testing for the team in Valencia on November 28th.
