Lewis Hamilton has shared incredible footage of his latest skydiving exploits as he kicked off the F1 winter break in style.
In late November, after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton, the seven-time world champion, performed a series of thrilling skydives over the Dubai desert. The jumps were captured by his sponsor, Monster Energy, and took place at SkyDive Dubai’s Desert Dropzone. Skydiving has become one of Hamilton’s off-track hobbies, as he enjoys living on the edge even outside of Formula 1. Footage showed the 38-year-old launching himself out of a plane and executing several rolls while in free fall. Despite finishing third in the championship, Hamilton had another disappointing season in 2023 and hopes that Mercedes’ new car, the W15, will allow him to challenge three-time world champion Max Verstappen in 2024.
