Petrucci: “We are talking with Barni, probably I will stay”
Petrucci has confirmed that he expects to continue riding for the Barni Ducati team following the Aragon WorldSBK test. During the test, he achieved the same time as series leader Alvaro Bautista, with Jonathan Rea taking the top spot. Petrucci made significant progress in his performance on new tires, an area where he has struggled in qualifying this season. He expressed satisfaction with the test day, noting that they made few modifications but tested new parts, including brake discs and made small setup adjustments. Meanwhile, Bautista also had a positive test, finding improvements in the braking area and feeling more comfortable on the bike. He expressed overall happiness with the two-day test and enjoyed riding.
