Jorge Martin says he will speak with Marc Marquez after their dramatic clash in Sunday’s Valencia MotoGP season finale.
In a dramatic incident, both Martin and Marquez crashed, ending Martin’s chances for the title and sending Marquez to the medical center. Martin had a close call with Bagnaia earlier in the race which caused him to lose positions. He tried to recover but got caught in a battle with Vinales that made no sense to him. Martin then made an optimistic move on Marquez, but he believes Marquez saw him and released the brakes, causing the collision. Despite the disappointment, Martin is proud of his team and the history they made as a satellite team. He congratulates Bagnaia for his outstanding performance and vows to learn from their mistakes and improve next season. Marquez will also be riding a Ducati next season with the Gresini team.
