Double MotoGP world champion Casey Stoner believes that Marc Marquez’s dominant 2025 season has been unexpected and considers it his most impressive performance to date. With eight grand prix victories and 11 sprints under his belt after 12 rounds, Marquez leads the championship by a significant 120 points ahead of the Austrian Grand Prix. Stoner, who retired in 2012, praised Marquez’s return to form following a serious arm injury and struggles with uncompetitive machinery, highlighting his remarkable progress since joining Ducati with Gresini.
