In the UK, motorsport experienced a tragic day with the deaths of two competitors in different disciplines within three hours on Saturday.
Dai Roberts, a prominent rally co-driver, lost his life in a crash during the Jim Clark Rally, while Julian Grimwade, a Vintage Sports-Car Club racer, tragically died in an accident at Donington Park.
