Tom Ingram impressed in qualifying by securing pole position for the British Touring Car Championship round at Oulton Park, despite facing boost restrictions. Sitting second in the championship, Ingram’s performance in his Excelr8 Motorsport Hyundai i30 N Fastback was exceptional, despite having limited TOCA Turbo Boost. His agile driving allowed him to outpace his competitors by 0.473 seconds. Ingram’s dominant performance in the Quick Six Shootout showcased his skill and determination on the challenging circuit. Despite facing challenges in earlier phases of qualifying, Ingram’s remarkable pace solidified his position at the front. His closest competitor, Chris Smiley, will start alongside him on the front row, setting the stage for an intense race at Oulton Park.
