Young British Touring Car Championship driver Ronan Pearson has signed with Fewkes Sport Management, where his childhood hero and 2012 World Touring Car Championship winner Rob Huff is a director.
Pearson has idolized Huff since childhood and even has a photo with him from a WTCC round at Donington Park when he was just nine years old.
The two now work closely together, with Pearson racing alongside Huff in the BTCC for the Speedworks Motorsport team.
Despite a challenging start to the season, Pearson has shown promise by outpacing his more experienced teammates in qualifying sessions.
With support from Rob Huff, Pearson is focused on improving his race results and achieving his goals in the highly competitive BTCC.
