Bray’s Hay-Making Success Elevates Him to Top of Autosport National Rankings

Ali Bray has taken over the top spot in the Ryan Motorsport Insurance Autosport National Rankings this week, with significant changes to the leaderboard and four new drivers entering the top 10.

Bray, renowned for his skills in preparing Mazda MX-5s, has had a stellar season behind the wheel in the British Racing & Sports Car Club’s Mk1 MX-5 Championship, securing nine wins and surpassing previous leader Steve Gambrell.

James Ibbotson and Aidan Hills have also climbed up the rankings with impressive performances, while Will Blackwell-Chambers made a significant leap by dominating the MX-5 Supercup contests.

Several drivers, including Paul Sibley and Alistair Camp, maintained their strong performances, but others like Connor Kay and Tyler England experienced fluctuations in their rankings due to various factors.

The competition remains fierce, with drivers like Ben Mason making significant gains and vying for a spot in the top 10, showcasing the thrilling and dynamic nature of club motorsport in the UK.
