F1 moved the Canadian GP to the last weekend in May, which could overlap with the Indy 500. The Canadian GP is set to start at 16:00 local time, 21:00 UK time, potentially overlapping with the Indy 500 which starts at 12:45 local time, 17:45 UK time. While the Indy 500 usually lasts about three hours, delays could push it into the Grand Prix scheduled time, as seen in 2024 with weather delays. This reshuffling is due to F1’s desire for more regionalized calendars, forming a North American leg with Miami, moving Canada to the Monaco GP slot.
