Max Verstappen addresses Nordschleife danger: ‘I like it’
Max Verstappen claims he is unafraid of the dangers posed by the Nordschleife track and actually enjoys its challenges. He is currently participating in the Nurburgring 24 Hours qualifiers with the upcoming race in mind. Although the track is renowned for its historical significance, it is also considered one of the most perilous due to its layout and limited run-off areas. Verstappen acknowledges the risks but remains unfazed, finding joy in the thrill of driving on such a treacherous circuit. He believes that dangerous situations are not unique to the Nordschleife and can occur on various tracks, even mentioning Suzuka’s hazards as an example.
