Racing Bulls had a solid weekend at Interlagos, with Liam Lawson and Isack Hadjar finishing seventh and eighth after surviving contact on the final lap.
Despite the intense battle between the teammates, Lawson managed to secure a hard-earned seventh place following a bold one-stop strategy.
Hadjar admitted to pushing too aggressively in the final lap clash but found the experience exciting, stating that he tried his best but may have overdone it.
Team principal Alan Permane trusted the drivers to race each other, leading to a double points finish for the team.
While Racing Bulls regained momentum in the battle for sixth place, Hadjar expressed disappointment with the early pitstop strategy and suggested they could have done better in terms of pace.
Overall, the team’s performance at Interlagos put them in a strong position for the final triple-header, leading the championship standings ahead of Aston Martin and Haas.
