Ott Tanak expressed concern about losing his dominating World Rally Championship win in Greece due to a gearbox issue in the final stage. Despite developing gearbox problems, Tanak managed to finish the stage, only dropping 16 seconds to secure the win. There were muted celebrations at the finish line as Tanak worried about the car completing the 50km road section to the final time control. Despite the challenges faced, Tanak expressed relief and pride in achieving his 22nd WRC win, highlighting the tough nature of the rally. His victory has also strengthened his title hopes, with Tanak now 12 points behind championship leader Elfyn Evans.
