Oliver Bearman has become the second driver this weekend to find the barriers at Monaco.
Oliver Bearman caused a red flag in the third practice session in Monaco following a crash in the final 15 minutes of the session, putting significant pressure on his team. Despite his prior 13th place standing, an attempt to improve his lap time led to a loss of control at Turn 3 and a collision with the barrier. This rear-first impact caused extensive damage to his Haas car, necessitating a rapid repair effort before qualifying. Expressing regret over the team radio, Bearman acknowledged his error and the challenge faced by his squad. The incident served as a rare event in a weekend that saw another major crash involving Red Bull’s Isack Hadjar at Turn 16.
